Shelby Mustang Gt350 Has Been Stored In An Abandoned House For Decades.

There’s no word on how this GT350 wound up in this garage for decades. Likewise, no information on when or why this property was abandoned with such an expensive car inside is available.

The Shelby appears to be in good shape after being dragged out of its slumber for the first time in decades. The paint has peeled off and most body parts have surface rust, but the automobile appears to be whole and in one piece.

It still has its original Shelby tags, rides on its original wheels, and the interior is in better condition than the outside.

Of course, the V8 engine no longer operates, and it’s safe to presume that it’s stuck, but given how long it’s been off the road, that’s not surprising.

The automobile was recovered in 2021, but the film documenting the rescue was released in January 2022. The new owner negotiated a contract for the GT350 for almost two months, and the description states that “since this video, the car is now running and driving.”

That’s fantastic news! Another 1965 GT350 has been resurrected and put back on the road. It’s also safe to assume that it will be restored properly.

The Shelby was discovered in Georgia with barely 29,000 miles (46,671 km) on the odometer, indicating that it had been sitting for decades.

Hopefully, we’ll learn more about its registration number (because many GT350s are still missing) and the complete tale behind this extraordinary find.

A Fox-body Mustang, a Buick Grand National, and an incredible collection of vintage Ford parts, including engine components, seats, and wheels, are also on the site. In the video below, you can see everything that happened.
